We currently offer online check-in for flights departing Amsterdam, Belfast Intl, Birmingham,
Bordeaux, Cardiff, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Jersey, Manchester, Newquay, Perpignan airports with more of your favourite
destinations coming soon.
Online check-in is available from 48 hours (24 hours for Geneva and Amsterdam) up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time for all passengers travelling with one item of hand baggage per passenger with a maximum weight of 10kg. Hand baggage can not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm in size and should fit comfortably into the bmibaby airport hand baggage gauge.
Passengers using online check-in service and arriving at the boarding gate with oversized hand baggage or extra items will be required to pay a manual handling fee of £20 / €30 per item to be carried in the aircraft hold or they will be offloaded and will not be offered a refund.

Important information if you are using online check in and flying to Spain
Due to new security measures from the Spanish Government, all airlines are required to provide advance passenger information (API or APIS). API requires data such as Passport and National Data information for all passengers for flights departing from the UK and Republic of Ireland to Spain to be captured prior to travel. To ensure the new security measures are addressed in the most efficient and precise manner, bmibaby will scan passenger passports at the airport to capture API data.
If you check in online for flights to Alicante, Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, Murcia and Palma you will have to go to a check in desk to provide this information. APIS data cannot be taken at the departure gate. Failure to give APIS information will result in passengers not being able to fly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
